• CRWA reserves the right to combine or eliminate weight classes 

• WEIGH-INS:   AT Council Rock South High School  - Saturday, January 6th from 6:00-7:30pm for ALL divisions    - or- Sunday, January 7th from 7:00-8:00am for Tot, Bantam Novice, and Midget Novice; Sunday, January 7th from 10:00-11:00am for Bantam, Midget, Junior and Intermediate

• NO Satellite Weigh-ins

• SEEDING: Teammates will be separated to the best of our ability                                                RULES: Modified P.I.A.A. -      No High School Wrestlers

• Bout Length: All bouts in all divisions will be 1 min -1 min -1 min format

• Minimum rest period between bouts will be 30 minutes.  However, we will not delay matches for wrestlers competing in two weight classes or divisions.  This tournament is full double elimination.

• Trophies: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place finishers will receive trophies

• Tot and Bantam-Novice divisions are NOT Top 100 - results will NOT be posted on any websites

• Entry Deadline 8PM 1/3/24:   450 entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.  Maximum of 16 wrestlers per weight class.  NO Walk-ins or refunds. Weight changes ONLY allowed at Saturday weigh-in for a $20 fee 

• Entry Fee: $35 - Admission Fee $5 for parents/coaches -  Concessions:  Open from 8:00am until 5:00pm

All registrants / parents / guardians give permission for their child to wrestle in the Council Rock Indian Open tournament.  Registrants / parents / guardians declare that the wrestler is entering at his / her own risk and release CRWA, CRWA officers and board members, coaches, volunteers, tournament officials, referees, sponsoring bodies and the Council Rock School District from any and all liabilities or rights to damages for any injuries or losses sustained directly or indirectly while attending, competing, or traveling to or from this tournament.
